Donations limited to no more than four bags (grocery sized bags, no large trash bags or contractor bags) or a couple of boxes per vehicle (not per person.) Larger donations by appointment only. See the list below for what we can accept. EVERYTHING MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY, AND WE MUST INSPECT IT BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT IT. Check boxes you’ve been storing for any signs of rodent activity or mildew, in which case we will decline it. Only clean, dry, good quality clothing and linens, please - torn, stained or worn-out textiles are accepted for recycling, free of charge, at the Transfer Station. Please have your items unwrapped and ready for viewing, and wait your turn. Never leave anything without specific approval. Thank you!

Textiles - good condition clothing, linens, bedding, etc, clean, dry, no tears or stains.

Shoes and boots - only clean, unscuffed, nearly-new, and in pairs. No shoeboxes please.  

Housewares – tableware, bakeware, pots and pans, utensils - they MUST be clean, no food residue. 

Decorative items – paintings, sculpture, holiday items, etc.  

Furniture – beds, chairs, couches, tables, dressers, etc. – must be solid and clean.

Craft items, sewing and art supplies, books, games, toys, puzzles – please be sure they have all the pieces! 

Vinyl records, VHS, music tapes, CDs, DVDs, 8 tracks in playable condition.  No mix tapes, user-burned CDs

Basic electronics and small appliances - toasters, coffee makers, radios, lamps, blenders, food processors, microwaves and toaster ovens, etc. Must be completely clean and in good working condition. No microwaves over two years of age please. No TVs or monitors at this time. Nothing missing cords or chargers

Vintage & antique items, collectibles

Books - clean, dry, in good condition, no textbooks, encyclopedias. Must not have signs of rodents or mildew.

We cannot accept industrial or hazardous cleaners or chemicals, opened packages of cleaning products, personal products or cosmetics. No rusted, chipped, dirty or stained items, no plastic greenhouse containers, or items recalled by the manufacturer

 We will decline anything that has unpleasant odor or is not clean, or does not otherwise meet our standards.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS AFTER HOURS, OR WITHOUT SPECIFIC APPROVAL.
